Dream Come True

When our little girl was born I imagined her growing up and getting married some day.  Our dream came true in September of 2005 at Sea Watch.  My husband and I had been guests at Sea Watch many times on those get-away weekends.  As soon as Lisa told us she wanted to get married on the beach, and have all her family there, it was the first place I had in mind.  We visited 3 locations we thought the family could afford and get to easily.  I was excited when Lisa and Jason chose Sea Watch.  Lisa and I began working with the planning staff at Sea Watch and can’t say enough about how wonderful they are.  They were so much help that it did not seem we lived 230 miles away.

Sea Watch welcomed the photographer, florist, hair dresser, and of course the Judge as they came on the big day.  We had made posts linked with ribbon that the staff sectioned off a part of the beach for us.  They set up the chairs on the beach and arranged the reception in the restaurant.  It was effortless on our part.  She rode down the elevator with her Dad and came through the pool area with the guests around the pool applauding as she crossed to the stairs.  We had a Bag Piper playing the music as she came over the dunes.  The guests on the beach and standing on their balconies stopped their vacation for a few minutes to enjoy this happy event.

This memory will always be embedded in our mind not only because it was an event our family could share, but the care Sea Watch took to help make it come true.  I hope to win a stay at Sea Watch to again enjoy the beautiful facility and all it has to offer.
