Coastal Uncorked, a subsidiary of the Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Association, announced that tickets are available for the fourth annual Farm to Table presented by ArborOne Farm Credit. The event will take place Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Thompson Farm & Nursery in Conway, SC at 5 p.m.
Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a cocktail tasting hour while sampling a variety of delicious hors d’oeuvres presented by Horry Georgetown Technical College Culinary Arts students in the cornfield before being transported by hayride to their dining location, which will feature a first class elegance with rustic autumn ambiance and décor. Live music will be performed throughout the evening and a six course dinner will be prepared onsite by thirteen area chefs hailing from some of the finest restaurants in the Grand Strand area including: Bradley Boandl, Bistro 90, Brad Daniels, Croissant’s Bistro & Bakery, Mike Marques. Grande Dunes Member’s Club, Eric Masson, Brentwood Restaurant, Mike McKinnon, The Cypress Room, Robbie Nicolaisen, WaterScapes, Jason Scarborough- US Foods, Dan Smith, Frank’s, Mike Stahler, Murray & Mike’s Cafe, Murray Stahler, Murray & Mike’s Cafe, Sean Thomas, Capriz Italian Feast, Tom Pennell, Ruth’s Chris and Eric Wagner, Horry Georgetown Technical College Each chef will be paired with another and will use local produce and game to create a fresh one-of-a-kind six course feast for guests.
Tickets are $150 per person, $250 per couple, $700 for a table of six or $900 for a table of eight. Seating is limited to 250 guests. A portion of the proceeds of the event go to MBAHA funds directed at Hospitality and Culinary education. Enclosed is an event flyer and ticket form for your use.
