Summer Events 2015


Are you planning to spend your summer vacation at The Sea Watch Resort? If you are, there is a lot going on in Myrtle Beach this summer that you won't want to miss!



All county music fans will want to grab their cowboy hats and head to the beach this June because the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk will be the home of the much anticipated Carolina Country Music Fest. The festival will take place from June 5th-7th. The three day event will host 35 of the industry's biggest stars and national recording artists. Some of the top performing artists include Eric Church, Lady Antebellum, Big & Rich, Hunter Hayes, and Rascal Flatts, just to name a few. The best part is, you can find discounted tickets right through the Sea Watch Resort website.



Cool off after a hot day at the beach by heading over to Brookgreen Gardens for their "Cool Summer Evenings". From June 10th through August 7th, you and the whole family can enjoy concerts, kids programs, and dinner in the Pavilion Restaurant. All entertainment and programs are included in the garden admission. Creek Cruises are $8 in addition to admission. 



From June 8th through September 5th, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk will be hosting their "Hot Summer Nights" program with free nightly events. The weekly events start off every Monday from June 8th through August 24th with a kids' carnival which includes face painting, inflatables, games, and more. Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from June 9th through August 29th, there's a free live concert series which hosts local and regional artists. Every Wednesday expect a free firework show from June 10th through August 19th at 10pm (excluding July 1st). The  weekly "Hot Summer Nights" events are sure to entertain the whole family. 



If you have a Mustang or are a just a Mustang fan, you won't want to miss the 14th Annual Mustang Week. The event will take place at Broadway at the Beach from July 13th - 19th and will feature cars from all over the country.

Admire original work from hundreds of talented artists and craftspeople from across the country at the 32nd Annual Craftsmen's Classic Arts and Crafts Festival. The event will be held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center from July 31st - August 2nd. You can even see the creative process in action as many artists perform demonstrations throughout the weekend.



Enjoy live music every Thursday with North Myrtle Beach's Music on Main Concert Series. Located right on Main Street, the concerts are easily accessible from the beach and not very far from the Sea Watch Resort. All concerts run from about 7pm until 9pm and are free of admission. In addition to Music on Main, every third Friday of the month, the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex will host their Sounds of Summer Concert Series. It also runs from 7pm until 9pm and is free of admission.
